Caregiver (CNA/GNA/CMT Preferred) Flexible Schedule

Shepherd’s Staff is hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers who take pride in providing high-quality care. We are looking for professionals passionate about caregiving, not just someone looking for a job.

Requirements:

• CNA, GNA, or CMT preferred 
• 1+ year professional caregiving experience preferred 
• Reliable, professional, and compassionate 
• Strong communication skills 
• Must pass background check and drug screening 
• Authorized to work in the U.S. 
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  (auto insurance in caregiver’s name or listed as a covered driver) 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) 
• Provide companionship and emotional support 
• Support mobility and safe transfers 
• Medication reminders (CMTs may administer medications as assigned) 
• Light housekeeping and meal prep 
• Report changes in client condition 
• Transport clients to appointments/errands as needed
